Will and Jaden Smith cover New York Magazine as they promote their latest film, After Earth. Here's what Will had to say when asked if his children were pushed into showbiz and if he'd be ok with Jaden being a dentist:
It may seem like we have pushed our kids into the business, but that is absolutely insane. I would never, ever, push somebody to have their face on a poster that’s going be everywhere in the world. He is making a choice from the informed. It’s less scary to me than if he wanted to be a dentist in that I couldn’t help with what he’d chosen. I have relationships with some of the biggest filmmakers and actors and producers on Earth. So I can be a huge help. Willow chose singing and then un-chose it. She said, “Daddy, I want to go to school with my friends during the week, and I want to hang out with them on the weekends.” At the peak of “Whip My Hair,” she’s like, “Daddy, I’m done.” At the end of the day, it has to be their choice.
Jaden added in his 2 cents: He’s, like, really just cool. He lets us have our freedom as long as we can control our freedom.
Report: Halle Berry is pregnant!
Rumor has it that Halle Berry, 46, is about three months pregnant with her second child. Halle is engaged to Oliver Martinez, 47. Sources connected to the couple say that they are expecting a boy, but have yet to officially confirm the news. Halle has a 5 year old daughter, Nahla from a previous relationship with model Gabriel Aubrey. Congrats to Halle & Oliver!
Angelina Jolie opens all-girls school in Afghanistan
Angelina Jolie has opened a school outsite of Kabul for hundreds of girls. The goodwill ambassador plans to open many more similar institutions funded by her jewelry line, The style of Jolie. According to E!Online, Angelina chose the village as the site of the school due to its high refugee population—regional fighting caused locals to leave when their homes were destroyed, but since the collapse of the Taliban regime, families are slowly starting to return to the once-devastated area. The jewelry will be available later this week at Tivol Jewelers in Kansas, with a promise that 100% of the proceeds will going to charity.

Eonline has confirmed that Jennifer Aniston has just inked a deal with Aveeno skincare. According to her rep, we can expect to see the results of this collaboration later in the year. It’s been rumored that this deal is worth $8 million. Not bad, not bad at all!

It’s a girl for Beyonce and Jay-Z!
According to eonline, Beyonce has given birth at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC. Beyonce & Jay Z reportedly rented out an entire floor for 1.4 mil so they could have plenty of privacy. Security has been on high alert in the area, patrolling the grounds outside the Upper East Side hospital. Employees were also asked to hand over cell phones during their shifts to prevent info from leaking out about Beyonce’s labor details. Security cameras in the building were covered in tape to keep images from getting out to the public.
Talk about top secret!
The baby’s name is rumored to be Blue Ivy Carter! Congrats to Bey & Jay
