Rihanna’s 20/20 interview (full) plus Chris Brown’s response
So I caught Rihanna’s interview with Diane Sawyer last night and I respect how open she was. We were finally able to get more insight as to what happened that night. She addresses whether or not she physically provoked the incident (Which of course still wouldn’t condone the assault) Read my response and watch Chris Brown’s newest interview after the break.
Diane: When you hear some of his fans say “she must have did something to make him do this”, how do you react?
It’s ignorance, I can say that because even if I hit him first, that makes it okay for him to do that to me? They kind of give an excuse for what he did?
Diane: Did you hit him?
No I did not hit him. It was a verbal argument.

In a 20/20 interview airing Friday, Rihanna offers a detailed account of what happened the night Chris Brown assaulted her.
She says all she kept thinking was, “When is it going to stop? When is it going to stop? He had no soul in his eyes. Just blank. He was clearly blacked-out. There was no person when I looked at him.”
The fight, she says, started when Brown received a text message from another woman while they were driving away from a Grammy Awards party.
“I caught him in a lie, and he wouldn’t tell the truth. And I wouldn’t drop it,” Rihanna tells Diane Sawyer in the interview, portions of which aired Friday morning on Good Morning America.
Beyonce and Jay Z do lunch on the Upper East Side
Beyonce & Jay Z were big ballin on the Upper East Side on Monday at Nello’s. They spent $1,200 on lunch which included a bottle of Dom Perignion champagne & left a hefty $500 dollar tip to show their appreciation! I Love Bey’s ensemble.. it looked cute n comfy. Peep the Chanel necklace. Hawt.

Khloe & Lamar get tattoos
Apparently some post prenuptial bliss is in the air 
The happy couple got tattoos over the weekend. Khloe blogged on her official website about the spontaneous experience:
Hi dolls! Hope you all had a fabulous weekend…I definitely did! Saturday night Lamar and I were eating at Sunset Plaza and I just said, “Let’s go to Tattoo Mania! I want a tattoo!” I think the best tattoo experiences are the spontaneous ones, because that way you are not only left with the tattoo, but an amazing memory to go along with it!

Chris Brown is emotional and reminiscing via twitter about the good ole days with Rihanna. If you remember just last month he was doing the same thing. His heart aches for Rihanna..I know everyone makes mistakes..but let this be a reminder that when you have someone that you really love, don’t smack em up treat them right. Khloe & Lamar finally agree on pre-nup
So..Khloe and Lamar finally signed a pre-nup…and boy is it a pre-nup. In the case of a divorce, Khloe wants a flat sum of about $500,000 for every year they are married, $25,000 a month in general support, their new house, a new luxury vehicle at the end of every lease cycle, $5,000 a month for shopping, $1,000 for beauty care, and courtside tickets for everyone in her family. I suppose this is the better deal for Lamar’s bank account considering she could just take half of everything. It looks like they are on their way to being officially married. Jlo & Marc celebrate his birthday in DC & hang with the Obamas.
Last night, Marc Anthony had a 41st birthday to remember. He & wifey got the royal treatment in DC complete with an Oval office tour, and birthday party. After the tour, J.lo and Marc got glammed up for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s black-tie gala, where Marc was receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award. While the president was presenting his award, he said Marc is quite popular with Latina Congress members.
“I’m telling you, J.Lo, watch out,” Obama joked from the podium.
Justice Sonia Sotomayor also joined their table during the fancy soiree. Last month, Jennifer threw the newest Supreme Court justice a dinner party at her house. After the gala, the couple changed and headed to the W Hotel in D.C., where J.Lo helped Marc blow out the candles on a yummy looking chocolate cake. Hmm I think I know what I want to do for my next birthday

Nas & Kelis back together?!
After a rough past few months and bitter divorce, rapper Nas and singer Kelis were spotted on Monday night at Marquee nightclub in NYC. They arrived together and appeared to be pretty cozy. They also hung out with Russell Simmons last night at a gala for Hair Rules salon. Back in April, Kelis filed for divorce and was 7 months pregnant with the couple’s first child. Nas was ordered to pay $55,000 a month in spousal and child support as well as the mortgage on the couple’s L.A. residence. Did Kelis’ milkshake bring Nas back to the yard, or was it just cheaper to keep her?
