Socialite and Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson died of Diabetic Ketoacidosis, a life threatening condition caused by lack of insulin and extremely high blood sugar. Johnson had been an insulin-dependent diabetic since childhood. Sources say Johnson, who died at 30 was not taking her insulin, medication, or following a strict diet and that she probably slipped into a diabetic coma.
